When do you unlock l96a1

Now heres the tricky bit Obviously SF is still registered on my account even so I no longer own it. Thier icons appear on the in-game weapon selector, but it only cycles between the other sniper rifles.

So; 1 Do the unlock of L96A1 and P90 come "free of charge" when you install special forces, or do you still need to reach the next rank to unlock them along with having special forces installed?

I want the L96A1 so bad They really have made these unlocks complicated now! I dont know whether I have to buy special forces again and it will automatically give me the option to unlock the L96A1 or whether I have to install it, get to my next unlock level 50, then it will let me pick it?
